It is pouring rain and in many areas countless drops combine to form puddles. This creates natural mirrors that are constantly nourished and distorted by new drops. Unsteady images of a restless, glossy gray world.
Pluie is a kinetic wall installation and consists of a reflective foil stretched over a frame. Behind this foil is a multitude of mechanical pins that press against the foil from the back, causing slight curvatures of the surface that distort the mirror image heavily.
